Com foco em eficiência, inovação e autonomia, a Universidade do Estado do Amazonas (UEA) iniciou, nesta quinta-feira (10/7), o “I Ciclo de Capacitação Continuada e Aperfeiçoamento dos Secretários da UEA”. O evento, promovido por meio da Secretaria Acadêmica Geral (SAG/UEA), é um marco na qualificação da gestão acadêmica da instituição. A iniciativa acontece na Academia Stem, na Escola Superior de Tecnologia (EST/UEA), reunindo secretários da capital e do interior, com transmissão, ao vivo, pela internet.
O ciclo de capacitação busca fortalecer as competências de quem atua nas secretarias dos cursos de graduação, pós-graduação e especiais, enfrentando, de forma mais preparada, os desafios dos processos acadêmicos cada vez mais dinâmicos e digitalizados. O ciclo formativo segue com encontros nos dias 15, 24 e 31 de julho, sempre com três horas de duração, combinando conteúdos técnicos e complementares.
O pró-reitor de Ensino de Graduação da UEA, Prof. Dr. Fábio Carmo Plácido, destacou a importância da formação e fez questão de reconhecer os esforços da gestão superior da universidade. “É preciso destacar o trabalho realizado pelo reitor Prof. Dr. André Zogahib e pela vice-reitora, Prof.ª Dra. Kátia Couceiro, que têm buscado levar essas capacitações à comunidade acadêmica, tanto na capital quanto no interior. Além disso, é justo parabenizar todos os secretários da universidade pelo comprometimento diário com a excelência acadêmica”, afirmou.
Para a diretora da SAG/UEA, Gilmara Araújo Teles, a ação representa um compromisso com a valorização dos profissionais que atuam diretamente com os sistemas acadêmicos da instituição. “Há uma grande expectativa da participação dessas pessoas, que trabalham arduamente no registro acadêmico, no atendimento ao aluno e no sistema de informação da UEA. É um curso de extrema importância para atualizar toda a nossa comunidade acadêmica”, destacou.
No primeiro dia do encontro, o tema em destaque foi o registro de admissão de calouros, com orientações detalhadas sobre o papel da unidade acadêmica na matrícula institucional. As atividades foram conduzidas pelos facilitadores Elane Ferreira da Silva e Anderson Azevedo. Na parte complementar, o Prof. Dr. Márcio Souza apresentou conceitos de “Comunicação não violenta”, com foco na escuta qualificada e na mediação de conflitos no ambiente institucional.
Para o secretário do Centro de Estudos Superiores de Itacoatiara (Cesit/UEA), Alessessandre Roque, a formação representa um passo essencial para o aprimoramento do trabalho nas secretarias acadêmicas. “É fundamental que tenhamos sempre essa atualização e capacitação que a universidade nos oferece. O domínio dos sistemas acadêmicos ajuda a reduzir erros, agiliza o processamento de dados e melhora todos os trâmites internos. Por isso, é tão importante que as unidades da capital e do interior estejam unidas nesse propósito de qualificar cada vez mais o atendimento ao nosso público-alvo: os estudantes e os docentes”, completou.
Cada sessão traz estudos de caso, oficinas práticas, espaço para dúvidas e sugestões, além de momentos de integração entre os participantes. Nos próximos encontros, o ciclo abordará temas fundamentais para o dia a dia das secretarias acadêmicas. No dia 15 de julho, o foco será o acompanhamento do registro dos acadêmicos com qualidade, com destaque para a recepção e análise documental e o papel estratégico das secretarias no Enade. Já em 24 de julho, o tema será novas práticas de gestão tecnológica no processo da expedição, com orientações sobre análise e organização de documentos, além de práticas de melhoria contínua.
Encerrando a programação, em 31 de julho, o ciclo tratará da gestão do registro acadêmico dos discentes da pós-graduação, com ênfase na comunicação clara, no atendimento qualificado e na importância das parcerias institucionais nesse nível de ensino.
