Mais de 200 vagas de emprego para Pessoas com Deficiência (PcD) serão oferecidas durante o “Conexão Inclusiva: 1ª Feira de Empregabilidade e Capacitação”, promovido pelo Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 11ª Região AM/RR (TRT-11) e que conta com apoio do programa Mais Acesso, da Universidade do Estado do Amazonas (UEA), e do Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT). Com a participação de 80 empresas, o evento será realizado em Manaus, de 25 a 30 de abril, e as inscrições podem ser realizadas no site: www.even3.com.br/conexao-inclusiva.
Estão disponíveis diversas oportunidades de emprego, incluindo vagas para auxiliar administrativo, motorista, auxiliar de logística, recepcionista, camareira, manutenção, auxiliar de loja, supervisor de vendas, vendedor, auxiliar de contabilidade, técnico em manutenção empresarial, auxiliar de produção, além de estágios e programas de aprendizagem. Empresas como Samsung, Philco Eletrônicos e Caloi, do Polo Industrial de Manaus (PIM), bem como instituições como Pemaza, Dunorte Distribuidora, Supermercado & Emporium Rodrigues e Check Up Hospital, estarão presentes oferecendo oportunidades de emprego.
A iniciativa visa conectar empresas e profissionais com deficiência, capacitar candidatos para processos seletivos e promover recrutamento. O evento também incluirá entrevistas, workshops, oficinas práticas e ações voltadas ao bem-estar, orientação jurídica e emissão de documentos.
No Amazonas, segundo dados de 2022 da Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios Contínua (Pnad), há 253 mil pessoas com deficiência, das quais somente 34% estão empregadas, sendo 72 mil com 25 anos ou mais, conforme o IBGE. Diante desse cenário, a feira busca criar conexões entre empresas locais e pessoas com deficiência, oferecendo suporte da Justiça do Trabalho. Para a juíza do trabalho Carla Nobre, auxiliar da presidência do TRT-11, o objetivo é promover inclusão no mercado de trabalho.
Programação do evento
O evento, que busca transformar o Amazonas em uma referência nacional em inclusão, terá atividades presenciais e on-line. No dia 25, a programação presencial contará com abertura oficial, simulação de entrevistas acessíveis, workshops, rodada de recrutamento e oficinas de empreendedorismo. Também serão emitidos documentos como Carteira de Identificação da Pessoa com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (CPTEA), Carteira de Identificação da Pessoa com Deficiência (CIPcD) e Carteira de Identidade Nacional (CIN).
Entre 28 e 30 de abril, as atividades on-line abordarão inclusão no mercado de trabalho, inteligência artificial aplicada à elaboração de currículos, técnicas de oratória e painéis interativos. A programação incluirá recrutamento, consultoria de carreira e o lançamento do edital do Selo Empresa Inclusiva, que reconhece empresas com políticas de inclusão. O evento encerrará com sorteios de brindes.
Para a coordenadora do programa “Mais Acesso” da UEA, professora Marklea Ferst, o evento representa um marco na construção de um mercado de trabalho mais inclusivo no Amazonas e na região Norte como um todo.
